The Matata EPS have been developed exclusively for Surfoil and made with a light construction that’s dynamic and high quality.
This shape has all it needs to be performant in Surfoil : Rocker 100% Foil friendly for paddling and pumping with less touchdowns. Enough Volume to reduce the length and inertia. Chinned rails that inhibit braking when cranking radically tight turns. The deck is slightly hollowed out helping you to have more control without losing the volume. Nice flat rails that will help at the time of the take-off. Flat hull for early take offs.
4 Boards from 4’5 to 5’8 for all riders sizes and for beginner to expert. The bigger Boards, the 5’5 48,5L and the 5’8 55,5L, will be perfect for learning and progression with absolute accessibility and comfort thanks to the generous volume. The volume boosts paddling speed which is necessary for those spots you won’t be getting back out by pumping.
In flight, this easy shape is super reactive and agile, which gives it unquestionable liberty. The position on the Board and the balance over it feel natural. There is almost zero inertia with this Board, which makes pumping super easy.
The Foil :
This foil is the easiest and most progressive.
The 65cm mast offers the widest program by being simple and efficient. You pass in shallow water and you have the useful margin to pump without having the feeling to fly on high heels .
This foil is completely dismountable to adapt to all sports at a lower cost and give you the possibility to replace a damaged part. A complete spare parts catalogue is available, to allow you to make it compatible with multiple supports (surf/SUP/kite), and to explore the full range of use of the foil in every sport and at every level.
Masts, top plate and fuselage are made of aluminum for a contained price. The wings are made of carbon and glass on high density PU foam. With a very high number of layers and compression at very high pressure and temperature, our wings are almost indestructible.

The XL has a wingspan of 90cm for a (projected) surface area of 1844cm2 (2137cm2 developed), and its volume is 3,60L. The surface area is large with a very tolerant profile of 3,5cm thick. Mounted with a 45cm stab Surf of 378cm2 and 0,19L, this foil is suitable for jigs from 75kg to 90kg.
